I paid $80 for a full set of acrylic extensions and showed a reference photo for the color and length I wanted, but the result looked very different. The nails were much longer than requested, the color was wrong, and they were very bulky with a lot of resin stuck underneath. The technician rarely checked in with me during the process and the appointment felt rushed. I was also surprised to find that the location was an apartment rather than a nail salon. To her credit, she refunded $20 after I raised the issue, which I appreciated. However, I still had to go to another salon to have the nails redone. Unfortunately, this was the worst set of nails I’ve received and I would not recommend this place.

She really is professional and I enjoyed my first time getting my nails done. I felt like I was in safe hands. She did exactly what I showed in the picture. I highly recommend!
